3D Visualization is nothing new and is a part of Graphic design. Its advantage is that you can have anything visualized for promotion in commercials or for client accusations by showing a product or a work process or an animation of the product or creation which is yet to be produced.
It also come in handy when you have the product in hand, but you need a 3d product made in 3d only to render with better light so that it looks better in promos.

This is how it works!
When You are submitting details for an architectural project, we prefer its the architecural drawing.
But Please be adviced that, do NOT let that stop you. Sometimes you have a project in your mind and a design too, and you want to see how the 3D images come out. If you like it, then you want to go to an architect.
We usually get these when there is a Building vizualization is required.
This is a classic case of 3d Photo manipulation.
Where we build up the 3D model of the building and add the real photos of the area and blend them two to make it more seamless and realistic
Then again, when you only have the idea, and you are not very good at drawing like me! What do you do?
In most cases, this happens when you are in the exhibition booth making business, or event activation and you need to come up with Images and/or animation of the idea and do not have much time at your disposal to get the job done to be approved for the business. And let me tell you, there is no better way to do it but using a helping hand from a person who have the skill.
And then, there is Voila!. The Rendering is ready for you or your client.
All these things can be done with photography or by using Photoshop. But Photoshop cant always give you the desired result and Photographer sometimes may not be available at he time!
